Otonagai (O-to-na-gai) is a Japanese slang word that loosely translates to 'An adult spends a large sum of money to buy a great deal of products marketed toward children, such as toys'. While anime figures aren't really considered 'toys'. The feeling we all get when collecting these things makes us feel like kids again! I strong believe anyone should be free to collect and share their passions no matter how 'childish' or 'nerdy' they are.

We accept a range of payment methods in our store including all major credit and debit cards. PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted via the checkout.

We take a 100% deposit on all pre order items. Pre orders can be cancelled at any time within the designated period.

Any order that contains a pre order item will not be dispatched until the pre order is fulfilled. If you wish to split a pre order item from in stock items please reach out to us.

Otonagai is a proudly independent Australian-based small business, offering a range of delivery options to domestic locations.

We also offer International shipping to most locations - please confirm availability by entering your desired delivery address in the checkout.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

While we try to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most locations. You are responsible for any unpaid duties upon arrival. If you have any questions regarding DDP please feel free to contact us.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If that's not the case, please reach out so we can assist you in making things right.

We will never ship a damaged product. However if your product does arrived damaged please feel free to reach out as soon as possible!

We do not accept change of mind returns.
